yogis have been to sit in meditation.

Practice yoga and find your inner peace

I started to practice yoga because I lost touch with my body and my feelings. My practice lead me to heal from the trauma that I had been holding onto without even knowing it. My teaching style is FULL BODY FLOWING. Every day we move, my intention is to allow the time you set aside for my class to be time to show you're body, mind, and soul love. Moving the body to a style similar to Forrest flows, means in a sunshine class that each movement leads into one another and we will send five breaths or more per posture.

Learn breathing in right way through yoga

Somedays my class flow will be fiery, with one breath per poster with lots of vinyasas. On the other end, I have found that many bodies enjoy elongating and taking minutes per posture not for muscle pains but for stretching out the ligaments that attach those strong muscles.
